Your views on the Hiram’s Highway Improvement Stage 2 project are welcome. We hope to know more about the public’s expectations and foster mutual understanding with the public on the project through the public engaement and consultation activities. Therefore, we conducted an exhibition and a public forum in early October 2016 and end October 2016 respectively to enable the public to understand the project and to express their views. • Public Forum - Adverse Weather Arrangement

In case Tropical Cyclone Warning Signal No.8 or above is hoisted or Black Rainstorm Warning Signal is issued by the Hong Kong Observatory 2 hours before the public forum (i.e. 12:00 pm), the activity will be cancelled and will be rescheduled to the same time on 29 October 2016 at the same venue.
